It is a ‘showcase’ and a ‘showdown’ all wrapped up in one! THE SHOWCASE - The Cardio Sport Workout Experience! Fun, sweaty, designed specifically for our collegiate attendees, there is no better way to understand THE WORKOUT OF SPORTS than to EXPERIENCE it yourself! Post cool down, refreshments and snacks will be provided during a information session about what Cardio Sport classes can do for your recreation center! THE SHOWDOWN - Show your school spirit in this one of a kind Cardio Sport style cross-campus competition! Trivia, skills shots, races - you name it, if it is fun, it is here!
