BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A crash on Interstate 695 caused congestion around Cromwell Bridge Road Tuesday evening during rush hour. The two-vehicle crash occurred on the inner loop before the Cromwell Bridge Road exit before 5 p.m. During the response, the right lane and right shoulder were closed.
