Textile & Sewing Production Assistant - both Part Time and Full Time available for the right candidates! Textile Production, Sewing, Finishing, Labeling, Packaging The New England Alpaca Fiber Pool (NEAFP), located in Fall River, MA - is the largest alpaca fiber processor in the United States. We are an agricultural service provider with a focus on U.S. textiles and natural fibers. We are looking to add dynamic members to our team to help us continue to grow and serve our U.S. alpaca farm customer base. We are a small fast-growing company and are looking for core members interested in growing with us. To succeed at this position, the right candidate is someone who has: Strong attention to detail, Organized & Accurate Enthusiastic, Positive Attitude, Takes Pride and Ownership in their work Works well as a team and also independently Punctual, Strong Work Ethic, Dependable Ability to work on feet, lift up to 50 lbs Textile and seamstress experience preferred but not mandatory, will train the right candidate Responsibilities will include: Assisting in Textile Production, Sewing, Finishing, Packaging, Labeling, Etc. Production scheduling, managing workflow Cleaning and organizing around work area Job Type: Full-time or Part-time positions available, Mothers Hours - we can be flexible for the right candidates! Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on previous textile or manufacturing experience. Benefits are also available for full time employees after the employment probationary period. These positions have room to grow for the right people. Schedule: 20 to 40 hours per week between 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Schedule and hours can be flexible for the right candidates.
