Description

Cider is a delicious addition to food as well as pairing with it! This demonstration will include a pork loin and risotto with fall flavors and seasonal produce in mind. Ciders will also be paired with the food as well. Each participant will get to sample the ciders as well as the food! Due to space, this will be a very limited event.
