We have been learning about the Heart Chakra and how Yoga can help our mind, body, and spirit to heal and get stronger. Each week we have learned a different element of this energy center and this week is our final wrap up. If you didn't make it to the other classes, youre not going to want to miss this one! We stretch through the entire body with special focus on the chest, shoulders, and upper back. Bring a mat and a bottle of water. Class starts at 10am so arrive a few minutes early to set your space and your intention. Bring a friend and see you soon! Namaste
