Gather your favorite girlfriends and join the USU Botanical Center for a night of charcuterie board instruction and creations. Participants will learn the art of building a beautiful charcuterie display with several examples and styles demonstrated. Participants will construct their own charcuterie box to take home and have the option of purchasing a ticket that includes a locally made wooden paddle board for charcuterie at home (choose the admission + board ticket at checkout). Tickets must be pre-purchased, no at-door sales. The class is limited to 20 participants and will be held at the USU Kaysville Education building (80 East 725 South, Kaysville). Refreshments will be provided. Tickets and fees are non-refundable. $5 discount for USU Garden Members.
