John Deere GT275 repair

I just bought a used John Deere GT275 and tried to install a new power flow belt but I can’t keep the tension and when I tried mowing the lawn it is ripping the ground apart. I’m looking for someone who could troubleshoot and repair at my shop as I don’t have a trailer to move it. I’ll pay for parts. Let me know your experience with John Deere’s and what you would charge for hourly work. I have a feeling this will be an ongoing project.
