Looking for Licensed General Contractor for Closet Re-framing and Tile

I'm looking for a licensed general contractor to add some shelving that utilizes the space under our stairs, then refinish with new framing, trim and baseboards. In the same room, we would like to take a few feet of hardwood out and replace it with tile for the backyard entry- heavy rains from a few years ago caused moisture damage to the trim, probably because the threshold is not well sealed.
