We have 26 acres of land off grid outside the USA in the mountains, waiting to be developed. I am from the island that the land is on and have full legal access. We are looking for an investor who wants to use their finance for good. Someone who is trying to be a part of a team that builds a sustainable off-grid community / city. The land is on an area that will become an historical preserve in the near future, which is great for business, namely retreats and other outdoor events. There are lots of natural resources to invent and design technologies.
