I’m so happy you are taking this time for yourself. Sound healing instruments such as singing bowls, drums and gongs have been used for thousands of years across cultures to bring our body, mind into deep relaxation. And in this space we receive clarity, a wider view and an opportunity to come back to our wholeness.
We will begin our time together with opening sacred space and intention setting. Followed by connection to breath and gentle movement. Then we will rest to the rhythmic sounds of the drum with a guided journey meditation. Ending with a nourishing gong bath. I look forward to meeting you and being your guide.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
