The Clark Memorial YMCA will be hosting their Trunk or Treat from 3-4:30 so join both if you like. We look forward to seeing all your fun pet costumes. Check in will begin at 3:45. There is a waiver to sign at check in but below is what the waiver looks like. HOWL-WEEN PET PARADE WAIVER As the pet owner, by signing this document I agree to the following: • My pet is comfortable in settings that include other animals, groups of people including children and the possibility of loud noises. • If my pet is involved in a conflict with another animal or person I will remove my pet from the premises. • I am responsible for clean up of my pet’s waste. • My pet is not known to be aggressive and does not have a history of biting. • My pet will be leashed at all times on the Clark Memorial YMCA premises. I understand that my attendance in the Howl-ween Pet Parade is not without risk to myself, my pet, other family members or viewers, and other parade participants (human or animal “pet”). I hereby waive and release Howl-ween Pet Prade, its sponsors, and/or owners of any or all premises on which this event is held, and/or its employees, agents and volunteers of said organization, from any and all damages, losses, fines, claims, suits, expenses (including attorney fees and defense costs), judgments and/or liabilities of any form or nature resulting from any act or omission of any pet or pet owner participating in the parade.
