The Ham in a day or General in a day class is for those that want to get licensed, but will learn the material as you get into the hobby. This is a cram session to get you licensed. The class provides only the material to pass the test. You will be required to pay an additional $35 to the FCC within 10 days of passing the test. General license-Does not apply to you! New licensees only. An FRN number is needed for the class. New Licensees need to apply for this. This is free. Go to FRN register and complete the form.
