Are you pre-diabetic, diabetic, a caretaker or supporter of someone with diabetes, or simply interested in learning more about diabetes prevention and management? We invite you to join us on a six-month journey of empowerment to controlling diabetes and reclaiming your health while exercising your faith! Participate in fun, interactive group sessions, activities, and field trips as you learn practical tools and strategies for diabetes management, and ask as many questions as you like! Admission is free but registration is required. Refreshments and materials provided. Open to individuals 12+
