Description

This is a hands-on class in which you will learn how to master the delicious Paris-Brest. There are many steps to making this amazing pastry so please come ready to get your hands "dirty". You will learn how to make your own hazelnut paste, praline, mousseline cream, and pate choux. But, the best part of this class is that we will get to eat our creations. Please note a few additional details: -This is a hands on class so please wear comfortable shoes. -The evening will also include a light dinner including quiche, salad, and drink. -This event has a no refund policy.
