reAligning + reEarthing
Join us for this uniquely immersive retreat to contemplate and improve our relationship within ourselves + nature through embracing Earth-based psychology. Limited to 12 people.
Enjoy 3 hours of a different kind of R+R, as you consider how finding nature in ourselves + ourselves in nature is critical to our overall well-being and existence. Engaging all of our senses, you will receive small gifts (to take home) to help you feel supported as we intentionally guide you through:
-sound meditation: with crystal alchemy bowls + other unique instruments
-forest bathing: understand what Shinrin -Yoku is + its importance in ecopsychology.
-journaling: words, drawings, whatever your interpretation is
-community circle: listening, observing, dialogue
Hosted by: Julie Brams, M.A., LMFT, Ecopsychologist, Author + ANFT certified Forest Therapy Guide and Julie Habelmann, Founder of Noble Tones Sound Meditation, certified Integrative Sound Therapy + Restorative Yoga practitioner, women’s wellness + heart health advocate, speaker.
