Located in the eastern foothills of San José, Alum Rock Park is a historic location rich in natural and human history! Join us on a family-friendly evening walk to enjoy tall tales and legends while learning about the wildlife that frequent the park in the evening. Hear stories about the folklore surrounding this park and spooky tales of ghosts and legends. Learn about some of the critters whooooo go bump in the night. This program is limited to 30 people, and registration is required. Rain will cancel. This program is a part of the 150th anniversary celebration of Alum Rock Park, California’s oldest municipal park. The Open Space Authority is proud to partner with Alum Rock Park and the City of San José Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services (PRNS)!
