Description

Every season bring its own delicious crops, and Fall has so many wonderful and tasty ingredients. In this hands on class you will be working with Chef in creating a delicious menu of toasted baguette w/ soft cheese & apple tomato chutney (vegan cheese is available), caramelized cauliflower and cardamom roasted carrots served over wilted greens w/tahini sauce, cornbread, and candied pumpkin topped w/ walnuts/pumpkin seeds and maple syrup. The cost for this class is $60/person. No refunds or credits will be given if canceled within 72 hours of the event. Please notify us if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. (Vegan friendly available - please call to let us know) The kitchen is thoroughly sanitized before each class. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to give us a call at 864-250-0091 What to Expect: In this class, Chef Laura will teach you the entire process of each entrée. This is a hands-on class, and you will have the opportunity to participate in some of the preparation if you wish to do so. Please be prepared at check-in with your ID if you will have wine. Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases on the day of class (some exclusions may apply). You will have 30 minutes before and after the class to shop.
