Join us on Friday, October 14 for a catered lunch at the Arlene and Joseph Meraux Charitable Foundation AMROC building (5128 East St. Bernard Highway, Violet, LA 70092). At this Lunch and Learn event, a presentation will be made about how St. Bernard Parish has strategically used its Community Development Block Grant funds to recover from and revitalize the area post-Katrina (and post-March 2022 tornado). Speakers at this event include Patrick Keller from the Louisiana Land Trust and Jason Stopa and Maya Struhar from St. Bernard Parish Government. This event is open to students and planning professionals. Please RSVP for this event by Wednesday, October 5 to ensure a meal will be prepared for you.
