Happy Virgo Seasons Family ! We’re back with our last Hike And Meditation of the Summer in collaboration with the lovely ladies of Hiking Hotties LA, in celebration of the New Moon in Libra ! Join us for a rejuvenating morning of hiking , meditation , sound bath , waterfall , and New Moon intention setting . This week we're so grateful to join Hiking Hotties a LA , a femme centered hiking and wellness community inspiring and empowering femmes all over LA to connect through fitness , wellness, and exploring the beauty of outdoors. Stay up to date on their latest hikes and adventures on Instagram: @hikinghotties_la We'll be meeting at 8:30am and promptly start our hike around 9:00am . Please be on time , or contact us if you're running behind. We'll meet at the start of the trail , near the parking lot . There are some streams we'll have to cross , and a beautiful waterfall at the top of the canyon, so we encourage attendees to bring waterproof shoes or a change of shoes and socks. What else to bring: Plenty of water, comfortable shoes, hat , sun screen, towel, and journal if you'd like to write down some New Moon intentions.
