On Saturday, Oct. 22, media professionals and community college students will gather at Las Positas College in Livermore for the NorCal Journalism Conference. Featuring prominent media professionals, the conference will allow students the opportunity to learn, compete, and network. Representatives from four-year colleges will also be present. This year, Las Positas College invites local high school students to attend the conference through our annual Press Pass Symposium. Join the fun for only $20 — and that includes lunch and a special "Press Pass Only" competiton for high school students. Details about speakers, workshops, and the competition are coming soon!
