I need a very DETAIL-ORIENTED person to clean a studio about 3 to 4 days a week between 11:30am and 1:30pm. No experience necessary. All cleaning products and equipment will be provided. It is a small 300 square foot studio off Miramar Parkway and 441. IMPORTANT: Airbnb cleaning requires more detail than regular housekeeping. Airbnb cleaning is similar to hotel cleaning where all surfaces have to be properly wiped down. You can't simply run the mop over the floor and walk out. You should do the following: - Take photos BEFORE and AFTER you clean - Clean toilet (inside and outside) - Vacuum under bed and couch - Scrub grout in bathroom and on backsplash - Remove old bedsheets and towels and replace with new ones - Remove all trash and put new trash bags - Put new toilet paper and paper towels - Vacuum and mop floor - Clean oven, fridge and freezer (these are only used lightly since the guests are there for a few days) - Restock tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, snacks, soap (all provided to you) - Clean air filters of 3 window A.C. units The pay starts at $15.00 per hour and will increase to $20 per hour for strong, reliable, detailed cleaners.
