Join Amanda Sanchez, RYT for this informative Chakras workshop. What are Chakras? Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means wheel or cycle. There are seven main Chakras situated along the spine, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Chakras are thought to provide subtle energy that helps your organs, mind, and intellect work at their best level. Some spiritual views hold that our body is more than just physical and mental, it’s also an energetic system called Chakras. This workshop will summarize the defining characteristics of the seven main Chakras, explain how to tell when any of them are blocked, and share how to unblock each one—from root to crown—using Pranayama (the breath), yoga poses, mudras, mantras, and more. This workshop will kick off our new Chakra Yoga Class series Sundays 10:30am beginning 10/9/22.
