The Michigan Rural Development Council (MRDC) is the Michigan chapter of the Council for Affordable Rural Housing (CARH), a non-profit that helps to support participants in the affordable rural housing industry. Our members are builders, owners, developers, management companies, attorneys, bankers, etc. It has been years since we have been able to get together for this event.
