Join us as we fill up the city of Detroit with some high vibrating yogis! Yin nights is a class from The Trap Studio where we put students into postures that encourages you to let go. The music is chill. The poses are held for long periods of time as we get into the connective tissues of the body. Blankets,pillows should be brought to add extra comfort to your session but not completely necessary. Come on out its going to a beautiful day.
