LINDENHURST, NY — Five people robbed a group of people at gunpoint in Lindenhurst early Wednesday, according to Suffolk police. A group of people were gambling inside 194 Sunrise Highway at 1:20 a.m., when the robbers entered armed with handguns. The five people stole cash and cell phones. There were no injuries and the investigation is continuing. No arrests were reported yet.
