Missing Black Cat - kinked tail

One year old black male cat with a 90 degree kink at the end of his tail. Currently has no collar; it was found unclasped across from our home in Rolling Hills Estates in Laguna Niguel. He is an outdoor cat, but has not been seen since 9/19/22. Please message if you see or find Franklin!
