Neck in severe pain, local needs help with a couple pain meds

Desperate for help but no car or time to go to er. I only need a few soma, Percocet, Valium, or xanex. I cannot take fake (pressed) versions and I cannot take anything like Norco or oxycodone, or anything else at all. Only the four named, but also possibly another type of muscle relaxer. Please help me. It's debilitating. I'm in South Torrance with no vehicle. I'm not an addict and I'm just in some temporary severe pain due to over working with acute tendonitis. Thank you.
