WORCESTER, MA — A Worcester man was arrested over the weekend in New Hampshire and charged with sexually assaulting a juvenile, according to local police.
Jhonathan Vincent, 33, was arrested by Nashua police and charged with aggravated felonious domestic violence sexual assault and second-degree domestic violence assault, police said. Vincent knew the victim, police said.
The arrest came after Nashua police were called to a Massachusetts hospital on Sept. 10 to investigate the sexual assault of a juvenile. Hospital officials believed the assault took place in Nashua.
Nashua police arrested Vincent around 9 p.m. Friday on a warrant. Vincent was released on $5,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court in October.
