Mastercraft Home Improvement Inc. is in search of an experienced FINISH carpenter for a lead position. If your looking for a home on a team that puts both the employee and customer ahead of the company and you have good values are honest and hardworking we would love to hear from you. Excellence in finish work is a job requirement at Mastercraft Home Improvement. This position requires an individual with custom and semi custom cabinet experience. The finish carpenter must have a very high expectation in regard to quality. Carpenter must have skill sets in all aspects of wood working, experience with stain is a plus but not a requirement. All finish experience is required in the following: (base, crown, finish moldings, staircase, caulking, stain, lacquer, building boxes and custom face frames) Do not apply if you do not have a reliable truck or tools. Starting pay for rough and finish carpenter is $20.00 - $37.50 per hour depending on experience and skill. Please do not apply or reach out if you don’t have custom wood working experience.
