help needed for mom of 3

I've never done this before but here it goes. I just recently gave birth and now my husband is in the hospital. He already has missed 2 weeks from work bc of it right after having a new baby. I have a 3 year old daughter as well whose birthday is this weekend, the 25th. We were living paycheck to paycheck and now that he's hospitalized and hasn't worked in weeks our money has run out. I haven't been cleared from my Dr yet to be able to go to work and idk what we are going to do. I've been to a few food pantries and that's allowing us to barely get by but now we've got electric and water bills overdue, almost out of diapers, completely out of wipes and my 3 year old isn't going to be able to have a birthday. If anyone could possibly offer any type of help at all, even if to just say a prayer for our family I would greatly appreciate it! We will take any help and support we can possibly get at this time!
