Colony Theatre & Glenn Byrne Theatre - History ?

Question for anyone who may know what happened to both the Colony Theatre and the Glen Byrne Theatre and the person(s) who managed them? I remember those theatres when I lived here back in the '80s and have moved back here recently and was wondering what happened to them? I think the guy who used to run them was named Mike. Thanks for anyone who can help. Pictures of the former theatres would be great.
