Starting wage starts at $17-19 based on experience. $21 plus bonuses if you could occasionally pick other team members up, plus tips from happy clients you could potential be making up $25-$28/hourly! Looking for cleaners/Laborers/cleaning technicians for Full-Time/Part-Time/On-Call. Pay is based on experience as cleaning techs/site team leaders. No previous cleaning experience is required but preferred. Your own vehicle/reliable transportation is required to drive to work or two qualified candidates could apply and drive to work as team. Skills required: Be fit/in shape, be able to climb stairs, climb ladders, able to carry bucket of water, or could lift 20 to 30 pounds. This job requires bending, standing and stretching to clean. Arriving to the job site on time is a must, and ready for work once on site. Being professional towards clients and team members is required. Customer service and communicating skills to communicate with your fellow teammates and customers is required. Be able to work as team, put your ego aside, follow instruction, willing to listen and take orders from your team lead as well as giving your own input in a professional manner is welcomed.
