I am in need of a rescue or someone willing to give my childhood cat a forever home to live out the rest of her days. I am going through a divorce and cannot bring an animal with me where I am currently living. She is about 15-16 years old. She is a diluted calico cat. I would prefer her to go to a home with low energy cats or no other animals. She had quite a few teeth removed three years ago and primarily eats wet food. She does have litter box issues. I have not been able to figure out why she does this and neither has my vet. So I tried to remedy this by putting down pee pads in the spots she would go. When she was 2 she had a metal bar put into one of her back legs after she was injured while we were on vacation. This does cause her pain and she takes Cosequin to help her. She is a very sweet old lady who loves affection. She enjoys being brushed and sun bathing. She will occasionally still play but she is slowing down. I love her with all my heart and I hate to see her displaced from what was supposed to be her forever home.
