Store discounts and increased loyalty benefits offered for all employees. · Salary --- We offer an attractive compensation and benefits package with aggressive opportunities for advancement. Starting salary will range from $16-20/hour depending on experience. An in person PAID working trial day may be required to evaluate skill level. · Advancement --- Raises and reviews are offered after 90 days and 6 months after your initial review, and annually. Typically, $1+ raises are given at each review period. If you advance more quickly, we will accelerate your raise review schedule. · Our grow operation is located in North Boulder. __________________________________________________________________ JOB DESCRIPTION: Cultivate cannabis in our state of the art, commercial grow facility with an awesome and long-term team by your side. Great atmosphere and people. Very team-oriented environment. Previous gardening experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate if you are hardworking, trustworthy, and have a great attitude. Previous gardening experience does not need to be Cannabis growing experience. ___________________________________________________________________ DAILY DUTIES: · Plant, clone, prune, mix dirt, feed, water, and maintain plant health · Clean areas, and equipment · Mix and log waste · Help with irrigation tasks · Higher level grower will train employees on grow tasks, maintain our harvest calendar, supply orders, conduct fire inspections, maintain CDA and MED required logs, operate surveillance equipment etc. · Acquire knowledge of strains, Metrc basics, and state regulations. · Competently follow directions from supervisor(s). · Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs. · Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure quality of product is being met. ___________________________________________________________________ QUALIFICATIONS: · MED issued Badge · Reliable transportation · Consistently on time to work with a good attitude · Attention to detail required · Unquestioned integrity required · Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills · Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment · High energy and focus level required ___________________________________________________________________ TO APPLY: Send a copy of your resume, cover letter, and a picture of your active MED issued badge. Starting salary will be decided after a paid trial working day(s) depending on proficiency, speed, and accuracy. Raises and reviews are offered after 90 days, 6 months after your initial review, and annually. Great atmosphere and people. We are willing to train the right candidate that is hard working with a great attitude, but experience is preferred. If you have limited experience growing but you want a foot in the door this is the best way to prove yourself to our cultivation team.
