Hey how goes it? My name is Aaron James, I've played guitar now for 27 yrs. I can play anything you put in front of me, and my biggest influences are Dimebag Darrell and Jimi Hendrix. I've played in and with several different bands, most recently Years Down. Our singles and videos are up on Spotify, YouTube, and Soundcloud. Years Down was a band where I experimented with learning a style of music I don't really listen too, but attempted to bridge, because in my estimation a good guitar player, plays what his band wants to hear, not necessarily what he enjoys to play. I love the blues, heavy metal, punk, jazz, rap, classical, whatever gets the blood pumping and has real meaning. I sing as well, and have written and recorded about 15hrs of music over the years ranging from country folk to blues to metal to surf rock, like I said, whatever gets the blood good and pumping. I have a full rig, pedals, pedal board, several different instruments, a couple different amps, a decent vocal mic, a fairly decent recording device and a will to work with tone, though I do have a signature sound that I spent a long time finding. If you're interested in what I have to offer I can send over some recordings other than the most recent band I've played with, and we'll go from there. Looking to get heavy, be heavy, and have a good time doing it, but I am open to play anything! I am also open to local or next town over gigging, profitable and possible tour schedules and playing with a serious band.
