Description Staff Management | SMX is immediately hiring Entry Level Warehouse Associates to work with our client, Skjodt-Barrett, the leading co-manufacturer of retail ready, resealable pouch products. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with advancement oppertunities in as little as 30 days. Earn up to $16.40/hr. Overtime is available but not mandatory. Count pouches to be ready for packaging into display cartons. Open shipping cases, insert display cartons and tape shut. Additionally, you will assist with palletizing as requested and communicate with team leader regarding quality or operations processes. No Experience Necessary. Must be able to read, write, and speak in English or Spanish. Must be proficient at basic addition or subtraction. Steel toe boots or shoes required. All other PPE will be provided by employer (hair nets, safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, uniforms and face masks or face shields). Monday - Friday (Work Schedule) 1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm 2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 11:30pm 3rd Shift: 11:00pm to 7:30am.
