Rose Miano of Cucina Pazza will teach you how to prepare fresh potato and cheese ravioli filled with flavor-packed ingredients and finished with a delicious mushroom sauce. Kelly and Candace Mantel of Pour People will serve a flight of specially selected wines, provide education on the wine and winemaker, pairing basics and the art of wine tasting like a pro. This fun and safe (socially distanced) experience will be rounded out by a crunchy seasonal salad and together, we’ll dine on our amazing creations. What to expect: Great food and wine is about more than recipes—it's about techniques.
