Take out some metal pipes and replace with PVC pipes

I have some old metal pipes that are leaking and the bathtub is clogged. I would like someone to replace a portion of the metal pipes with pvc pipes and while it’s open unclog the clog of the bathtub.I circled the part I want replaced and the middle where it is rusting is where it is leaking. I would like this done ASAP. Please tell me your experience and what materials you will use or need? Please tell me price for this job.
