We are looking for Property Preservation Contractors for the Chicagoland & Surrounding Suburbs. We are a Property Preservation Company located in the South Suburbs of Chicago. We service a wide range of counties in Illinois, and Indiana. We are seeking highly motivated and dependable Property Preservation Contractors, Handyman, and General Contractors to work as a subcontractor for our company. Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform inspections Submit bids if necessary for various items Complete all services necessary to ensure properties are in compliance Secure properties – Initial Secure, Lock Changes Maid Service (Janitorial) Winterization Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Snow Removal Roof Repairs Debris Removal (Trash Out) Boarding Service – Window & Doors Repairs Handyman duties Requirements: Able to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to specific deadlines Must be self-motivated, detailed oriented, able to follow work order instructions, and have great communication skills Construction knowledge is a plus Must have proper equipment, and tools to perform work Material can be provided if needed Must be able to utilize app to complete Work Orders, and Submit photos as work is being completed Invoicing will be performed by our company Must have reliable transportation Compensation based on job, and paid per work order upon completion, and acceptance by client.
