Need HELP

A week ago my minivan was rendered inoperable by an animal that crawled inside my engine compartment; few days later I got a tow notice from Bend PD, now NEED to move it TODAY off the street where it's parked. If I don't I'll lose the van bc I can't pay the impound fees (the van's worth around $450). It's parked half a block from Bend Senior High School (see map).
