Rehoming pup

I'm looking to rehome my puppy to a good home. I live attached to my mom's large house in a smaller place and the house was supposed to get renovated but it hasn't been yet and it's just too small for him to run around with my smaller kids. He has a pen he goes in outside with my mom's shepherd but it isn't enough for him. He is behavioral with using his crate and will still pee and poop in it no matter what time he goes out last. He's good for the most part but with my schedule being all over the place he hasn't been on a rigid schedule either. He needs his last set of shots and rabies as I had been out of work for awhile and haven't had the time or money to do it. He isn't neutered. He's great with dogs and cats. He's a bit hyper for small children as he is still jumpy but he's a love. Rehoming fee applies. One sentence emails won't get a response. And texts only no calls.
