BlackPearl Real Estate Investments & Development is seeking new subcontractors to complete work orders all points north of Many in Sabine Parish(Zwolle, Noble, Converse, Belmont, Pleasant Hill) & all points south of Many in Sabine Parish(Many, Fischer, Florien, Toro, Negreet). We prefer subcontractors with prior experience in property preservation. You also must have the following: -able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check -valid driver's license with auto insurance -which territory you can cover(north and/or south) -general liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance (preferred) -must be able to use Pruvan (or willing to learn) -must be able to utilize email -your own tools/equipment -must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision -must be willing to work at least 5 days a week, preferably 6 -80% of work orders include lock changes, trashouts, maid services, initial cleaning, board ups etc. -bi-weekly pay thru direct deposit Please respond to this ad with your resume/experience via email at: [email protected] with Contractor Application LA as the subject.
