Looking for a skilled laborer to do miscellaneous plumbing, electric, and carpentry work on a house flip project. Some of the tasks include installing plumbing fixtures (toilet, vanity, dishwasher, faucets etc.), installing all light fixtures, replacing outlets and switches, adding new outlets, installing exterior door and window, etc. This project won't take long but we will most likely start another project soon after this one is complete. We would be happy to keep this person on for the next project if the work performance is satisfactory. The owners do not live local so we are looking for someone who has transportation to the job site and can work independently and efficiently. You will be able to make your own schedule to a certain extent as long as the agreed upon deadlines are met. We pay per task (i.e $x amount for all electric work, $x amount for plumbing work, etc.) so the wage will be agreed upon before starting the project. It will end up being around $18-20 an hour if not more.
