About the Role: We are looking for an Outbound Supervisor to oversee our shipping department. About the Team: You'll get to work with a team in the Austin warehouse of our Warehouse Manager, Receiving Specialists and Warehouse Associates. What You'll Do: Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation. Communicates weekly delivery schedules with customers and internal stakeholders. Facilitate customer communication. Tracking inventory levels Manages/works with a dynamic team of warehouse employees, full-time and part-time warehouse staff, and other direct reports What You Need: 3+ years of warehouse supervisor experience in inventory management and Shipping Prior experience and familiarity with warehouse fulfillment operations Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.), inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems Detail-oriented Multitasking capabilities Business-level communication skills (oral and written) A strong customer-oriented focus High School Diploma Valid Driver’s License Must be 21+ years old Able to pass a background and driving history check prior to employment Ability to lift at least 100lbs Benefits & Perks: Landing aims to create a workplace that fosters both personal and professional growth.
