I want to put together musical pieces; music that takes thought and has orchestrion. The problem has been that for a player that is capable of doing this is usually seeking out a career in music and not wanting to "JAM". So how to cross the bridge? I am proposing to make the JAM a recording session. I have Studio One and am working on making a recording environment.In a recording "JAM" session, there is no time frame, you do not have to have all players here at the same time, you can take the time to learn your part, and you can even have several players for the same instrument and pick the best. When the project is finished, it is mixed and everyone get a copy. Then you drink a beverage of your choice!Now we can play songs that you might wish to play as well, but it must be a song that has some level of (shall we say) difficulty.
