Maintenance/Handyman for shopping centers.
Full-time.
$17.00/hour + overtime + benefits
• $500.00 sign-on bonus paid: $250.00 first payroll and $250.00 after 90 days of employment.
• Schedule: M-F 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Assist Facilities Manager with maintaining buildings and grounds. Responsible for resolving maintenance issues by utilizing your own skills and tools. Must have an eye for detail and good/pleasant demeanor to interact with tenants and vendors. Will be issued a company cell phone; must be able to send/receive email.
Positions Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Handyman or general maintenance experience
• Experience working with hand tools and electrical tools
• Strong communication skills
