Stat Team is seeking professional, reliable surveyors to work in Toledo, OH for a short (1 week) Customer Satisfaction Survey project with Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority. JOB DESCRIPTION: Staff will be deployed on TARTA buses to conduct surveys with passengers. The survey takes several minutes and includes a variety of questions about the rider’s experience using TARTA services and several demographic questions. The data collected will be entered into a tablet device. Staff must be comfortable approaching and interacting with the public, riding/standing on moving vehicles (buses) for extended periods of time, and being outdoors for short periods while waiting for or switching buses. DATES: Friday, September 30 – Wednesday, October 5, 2022 (Must be available for all days) SHIFTS: Please note that shift times are approximate and subject to change. Friday, 9/30 - 8:30am-6:30pm Saturday, 10/1 - 9am - 1pm Sunday, 10/2 - 9am - 1pm Monday, 10/3 - 7am - 5pm Tuesday, 10/4 - 10am - 8pm Wednesday, 10/5 - 8am - 12pm COMPENSATION: Hourly Pay Rate of $22.50 per hour REQUIREMENTS: Must be reliable, punctual, and diligent. Must be able to work on your feet, standing on moving vehicles (buses) and outdoors for short periods of time. Must be able to commit to the full program Must have the ability to travel out of state for periods of up to two weeks. Must be able to complete I-9 paperwork immediately. Must pass background check.
