June is heartworm positive and needs an immediate foster or forever home!! She is scheduled to be put down this weekend. CACC doesn’t like to advertise this for obvious reasons so please do not harass them or myself. Her info is in the second picture. She is at Chicago Care and Control. They are totally full, and the volunteers are working extremely hard for these dogs. But they don’t have room or resources left, June needs help right away. Let me know if you can help!!
