We are seeking a reliable general laborer to join our growing company. We have a full-time position available for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. In this position, you will be responsible for pulling customer orders, loading and unloading flat-bed trailer, assisting customers with loading merchandise, lot clean-up and maintenance (blowing lot down, washing lot down, cleaning up trash & debris, etc.) assisting customers when needed and following all site health and safety regulations. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. General Labor Duties and Responsibilities: Load/unload product from trailer Able to read a tape measure and understand measurements a plus Follow project instructions from manager or supervisor Use maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks Provide assistance to customers as needed Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials from sales lot Ensure equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment Able to lift 50 pounds, plus Forklift experience a plus Assist in maintaining clean and safe working environment. Safely operate a variety of tools. General Labor Requirements and Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent educational experience Must be 18 years of age Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds or more Positive attitude and work ethic Able to work independently or as an active member of a team Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
