Description
Hi there, we are a specialty body shop that repairs fiberglass and gel coat on boats as well as restoring cars and boats from the ground up. We are looking for hard-working individuals that have a great work ethic and attention to details. We will train the right person if you don't have any experience as long as he or she has a good work ethic. Work ethic I.E. Showing up to work on time or should I say 15 mins early so you're ready to start the workday on time, staying off cell phones unless you're on your break or lunch hour, being able to focus on the task at hand. And the individual would need to have reliable transportation "getting a ride from friends and family members doesn't count, as long as you have to rely on other people for rides, you're not reliable. Here's some of the areas of experience that would be a good cross over for this shop. 1) any experience with auto body or just a genuine passion for muscle cars or creating something from nothing. 2) a car or boat detailer that's ready to go to that next level. 3) a person that can build a deck and has experience with home improvement type of work. that type of experience would directly cross over to replacing floors in boats. 4) any type of fiberglass experience is also a good fit. If you're the type of person that thinks they should make $25.00 per hour to start without having any tools or any experience this is not the job for you. If you're a person that is wanting to learn a skill/craft and not have to pay for a technical school to get that education, then this is the job for you. Pay will be determined on the amount of skill and experience the individual has or how hard of a worker he or she might be. I believe in a team-based atmosphere where every person in the shop is very important. I want to have the best team in the state, and we need to strengthen that team, are you the teammate we need to add? If so send us a resume, if you don't know how to write one look online to find out. Looking forward to hearing from some hard-working individuals.
